Shipping & Returns Policy

Electrical Supplies use Royal Mail & Parcel Force as there trusted delivery provider. Depending on the value and location of the delivery, will determine what service we use and how much the delivery will cost.

**Please note Leisuregrow & Grillstream products are delivered within 5 to 7 working days with a call to book in. Furniture sets and barbecues are delivered on a kerbside, palletised service to ensure the goods are delivered in perfect condition.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

For goods that are received damaged they must be reported to us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods.  Please e-mail returns@electricalsupplies.co.uk with your order number and a list of items being returned to us and the particular fault with the product.
Our returns department will reply with confirmation and further details on our returns process.

All returns are tested and if the goods are proven not to be faulty when tested then only the value of the goods will be refunded, postage will not be refunded in this instance.

Checking Goods on Delivery

Upon receipt of your order please check all goods on the delivery for damages and missing items.  If you do find goods to be damaged or missing you must notify us within 30 working days of delivery date.
If we are not notified of the damage within 30 working days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to compensate us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 30 working days.

For goods that are delivered on a pallet you agree to check for damages before signing for the goods from the carrier. Please note if you write the words “Unchecked” or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods have arrived in good condition and later claims to us will be void.
If the carrier refuses to wait while you check the goods for damages please refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible either by telephone or via email using the email address on your delivery notification. Please note this also applies for goods being signed for on your behalf. You accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if someone else is signing on your behalf.

Unwanted Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you are required to return the goods to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

We would like to re-assure you that our Terms & Conditions fully comply with The Consumer Contracts Regulations (http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-contracts-regulations) which came into force in the UK in June 2014 - superseding The Distance Selling Regulations that no longer applies in UK law. In particular we would like to draw your attention to the section concerning Your Right To A Refund and in particular the statement "You should get a refund within 14 days of either the trader [us] getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop."

It is your responsibility to return goods using a secure delivery method. Please make sure the goods are protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent and that the product packaging is not defaced in any way.

Please e-mail returns@electricalsupplies.co.uk with your order number and a list of items being returned to us. Our returns department will reply with further details on how to return the goods to us. All items being returned for refund must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging. Failure to do so will result in your goods being returned and us being unable to process your refund.

Please note order & return postage costs will not be refunded.

Re-Stocking Charges

All products sold by the following manufacturers incur a restocking charge if the item is unwanted & returned within 14 working days. Please call us before ordering if you have any queries regarding this.

Shower Warranty

Please note our returns policy does not apply to Triton and Galaxy Showers.

If you have a query about a Triton Shower product or an existing Triton shower is not working properly please contact Triton on 0247 634 4441. Do not uninstall the Triton shower until you contact their customer services.
