Returns


Faulty Goods


For goods that are received damaged or faulty it must be reported to us within 30 working days of receipt of the goods.  Please e-mail returns@wesellelectrical.co.uk with your order number and a list of items being returned to us. Our returns department will reply with further details on our returns process along with when the goods will be collected. Please do not send goods back to us without first contacting ourselves as we are unable to refund any postage charges that you may incur.


All returns are tested and if the goods are proven not to be faulty when tested then only the goods value will be refunded, the original postage charge will not be refunded in this instance.


Checking Goods on Delivery


Please check all goods on delivery for damages and missing items. If you do find damage goods please notify us within 30 working days of delivery. If we are not notified of the damage within 30 working days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or carrier. You agree to compensate us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 30 working days.


For goods that are delivered on a pallet you agree to check for damages before signing for the goods from the carrier. Please note if you write the words “Unchecked” or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods have arrived in good condition and later claims to us will be void. If the carrier refuses to wait while you check the goods for damages please refuse the delivery and email us as soon as possible to returns@wesellelectrical.co.uk. Please note this also applies for goods being signed on your behalf. You accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they someone else is signing on your behalf.


Unwanted Items


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you are required to return the goods to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please e-mail returns@wesellelectrical.co.uk with your order number and a list of items being returned to us. Our returns department will reply with further details on how to return the goods to us all items being returned for refund must reach us in a re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging. Failure to do so will result in the goods not being refunded. Please note order & return postage costs will not be refunded.


It is your responsibility to return goods using a secure delivery method. Please make sure the goods are protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent.


Re-Stocking Charges


All products sold by the following manufacturer incur a restocking charge if the item is unwanted & returned within 14 working days. Please call us before ordering if you have any queries regarding this.

Shower Warranty


Please note our returns policy does not apply to Triton and Galaxy Showers.      


If you have a query about a Triton Shower product or an existing Triton shower is not working properly please contact Triton on 0247  634 4441. Please do not uninstall the Triton shower until you contact their customer services.


If you have a query about a Galaxy product or an existing Galaxy product that is not working properly please contact Galaxy on 0844 372 7761.
